Recently, we worked closely with a B2C retail store owner in Singapore.
We were tasked to grow their stagnant customer-base and sales volume.

About The Company: A local retail company in Singapore. They currently have both physical and online retail stores. They provide products that consumers tend to use on a day-to-day basis.

Market Type: Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
The Challenges They Faced:
- They wanted to grow more sales for their online store which had been stagnant for a long while
- Previously, they spend thousands of dollars on an agency to help them but they saw little to no results
- From time to time, they spend money on Facebook Post Boosting which gives them a lot of likes & shares but they don’t convert to sales
- They also tried to tap into different marketplaces online
Proposed Solution for Them:
- To launch an aggressive to give out coupons to new customers who have not heard about them before
- To make multiple adjustments to their website so that it’ll influence people to buy
- There were many people who were just leaving without purchasing anything
- Then, making sure that we test different creatives on Facebook & Instagram in order to provide the best ROI
- Ultimately, the objective is to achieve a minimum $1 to $2 return on the frontend (their profit margins are not very big)
Results That We Achieved for Them:
- Online ad budgets were really tight and so we closely monitored and adjusted the campaign along the way
- The start was a little rocky with only a trickle amount of sales
- After 10 weeks, as we progressed we managed to achieve a sales growth of 1600% since we started working with them!
They also saw a major difference for their January 2018 sales as compared to the previous year:

Now, we’re continuing to grow their sales and customer-base as it’ll be a snowball effect.
