They had a very presentable website but they hardly had any inquiries for their product/service!

About The Company: Our client recently launched this business a few years ago. Therefore, they are hardly known in the Singapore Market. They provide a product that is most suitable for local businesses and retail shops.

The Challenges They Faced:

  • They had a nicely designed corporate website but they hardly get any inquiries to find out more about what they’re offering
  • They also tried to invest some money into flyer/brochure distribution as well as direct mail marketing
  • They also tried to tap into social media marketing through another agency in the past
  • They also made an attempt to spend a bit of money on Facebook Post Boosting
  • Despite working on different marketing efforts, there were hardly any results from it
  • It seemed almost impossible to gain market share for an unknown company like them

  • We proposed to do a complete facelift of the current homepage that they were using because it failed to meet 2 objectives
    • The facelift of the homepage had to meet 2 objectives: Have a clear messaging & Have a specific call-to-action that the company wants the visitor to take
    • Meeting the 2 homepage objectives will allow the website to be optimized for conversions VS just having a beautiful face
  • There was also a need sit down and identify the specific market segments that they were serving
  • At the same time, we observed what the marketplace was offering and defined a clear unique selling point that will make them stand out in a crowded & competitive marketplace

Results That We Achieved for Them:

  • We tightly managed their budget & monitored the entire digital marketing campaign
  • Within the first 2 weeks of launching the campaign, website inquiries grew by 333%
  • In just 40 days, there was a spike in website inquiries by 3050%
